Our story
We're a close-knit family of lifelong Oklahomans who love restoring old homes and barns. We restored the hundred-year-old barn and the historic house on our property ourselves, and we'd love to help make your wedding day, and every day leading up to it, easy, relaxed and stress-free.

A restored barn, a covered porch, a house for getting ready and a ceremony site that's ready when you are.
Our family restored this hundred-year-old barn ourselves. It now has heat and A/C.

A renovated hundred-year-old, two-story house where the whole bridal party gets ready.
Pick your arbor, and we set up the ceremony chairs for you.
Borrow anything from the on-site décor room at no extra cost.

Pick the package that fits your guest list. Every wedding package includes exclusive use of all ten wooded acres.
Price: $3,800
Our full wedding day, for a wedding or a vow renewal.
Best for Full weddings
Check your date for Rustic + RelaxedPrice: $3,100
A full eight-hour day, sized for a smaller guest list.
Best for Mid-size weddings

A shorter, simpler day for just your closest people.
Best for Intimate ceremonies
No rehearsal the evening before.

For couples whose ceremony is somewhere else.
Best for Receptions after a ceremony elsewhere
No ceremony or vow renewal on site.
Check your date for Reception OnlyA $300 non-refundable deposit secures your date. It's part of your rental, not an extra fee.
$250 per hour, if available.
There's a $100 venue fee to serve alcohol.
Security is required for the entire reception, alcohol or not: $70 per hour.
3-hour reception minimum.
Anyone who doesn't live on the property, including vendors, your DJ or band, and your officiant.
Loud music turns down at 9:00 pm.
Take home what you brought and return any borrowed décor. It takes about 30 minutes, so plan it into your rental time. Reception Only also includes sweeping the barn floor and wiping down the serving table.
Outside catering is welcome.

No. Every package is the same price any day of the week.
From 15 to 150, depending on the package. Vendors count as guests, including your DJ or band and your officiant.
Yes. Outside catering is welcome.
Yes. There's a $100 venue fee, and security is required for the whole reception (it's required with or without alcohol).
With a $300 non-refundable deposit. It's applied to your rental, not charged on top.
The Elopement / Micro Wedding package doesn't include a rehearsal the evening before. Ask us about rehearsals with the other packages.
